Welcome to Goal side football, a new blog which aims to talk football and anything football related, I will be regularly posting my musings on the latest goings on be it results, transfers, goals, misses, controversy or players miss-behaving (what you say? The little angels in the premiership, never). I will also feature some guest writers with their views on the beautiful game.
The close season may not seem like the best time to launch this site but there’s still plenty going on with the traditional managers merry go round and transfers a plenty so please enjoy embrace and contribute to this little blog, comments are always welcome even the bad ones (though not as much as the nice ones, i have thin skin despite my thick waistline)
And if anyone’s wondering where the name came from as a legendary goalkeeper on the 5-a-side scene (I cover the goal very well according to those in the know) I have to shout this more than so much it is now engrained in my head so see this as some form therapy for me.
